Mountics is a digital marketing agency based at Nagarjun-10, Kathmandu, Nepal. In this policy, "Mountics", "we" and "us" mean our business, and "you" means anyone who visits this website or contacts us through it. We are responsible for the personal information described here. If you have a question about your information, contact us using the details in section 8.

We only collect what you choose to send us:

  • Contact form: your name, email address, phone number if you give it, company name and your message.
  • Free audit form: your name, email address, company, website address, the channels you want reviewed and anything else you tell us about your marketing.
  • Newsletter signup: your email address.
  • Emails, calls and messages: anything you share when you contact us directly.

If you become a client, we may also be given access to your ad accounts, analytics and website so we can do the work. That access is covered by our agreement with you.

We use your information to:

  • reply to your enquiry and arrange calls;
  • carry out the free audit you asked for and send you the findings;
  • send the newsletter, if you signed up for it;
  • deliver and invoice our services if you become a client;
  • keep basic records our business is required to keep.

We do not sell your information, and we will not add you to marketing emails unless you signed up for them.

This website does not currently use analytics tools, advertising pixels or tracking cookies. Our hosting provider may keep short-lived technical logs, such as IP addresses, to keep the site secure and working.

If we add analytics or advertising tools in future, such as Google Analytics or a Meta pixel, we will update this page first and explain how you can control them. You can also block or delete cookies at any time in your browser settings.

We share information only with the services we need to run our business, such as our email, file storage, website hosting and invoicing providers, and only so they can provide that service to us. Some of these providers may store data outside Nepal. We choose providers that protect personal data properly.

We may also share information if the law requires it, or to protect our rights in a dispute. Otherwise, we do not share your information with anyone without your permission.

  • Enquiries and audit requests that do not lead to work: up to 2 years, then deleted.
  • Client records, including contracts and invoices: as long as the law requires for business and tax records.
  • Newsletter subscribers: until you unsubscribe.

When you stop working with us, we remove our access to your ad accounts, analytics and website as part of the handover.

You can ask us at any time to:

  • tell you what information we hold about you;
  • correct anything that is wrong;
  • delete your information, unless we have to keep it by law;
  • stop sending you marketing emails.

Every newsletter includes an unsubscribe link. For anything else, email us and we will reply within 30 days.
